Once the seller has made contact it is your responsibility to arrange inspection, payment and collection. If you are selling to a car dealership, they will use their standard processes to complete the purchase. If you are selling to an individual, we strongly advise engaging an attorney to draft a Sale & Purchase agreement to give you total protection and peace of mind. While we work hard to vet all users, regrettably the car market is a target for scammers and other bad actors. LaSource's concierge service is available to assist with contract drafting at additional cost. Following the successful transaction, you will receive an invoice and payment instructions from our sales team. Payment is due in full on the first business day following the sale.
